Jessica Chibueze Portrait
Before the shoot I sketched some ideas so that the shoot would run on schedule. We finished early with the planned ideas so I had some time to take some creative shots for my personal portfolio.
We photographed this image at the Graffiti Warehouse studios here in Baltimore.
I used a large octabank with a alien bees 800 strobe head for my key light and one large round reflector for fill. We also took advantage of the large windows which provided plenty of natural ambient light. I elevated the octabank as high as possible so that I could get a softer light. I used a Nikon D700 camera body with a Nikkor 85mm 1.8D lens.
The model Jessica Chibueze was great in front of the camera and she did not need much direction.
